Joe wasn't always in the real estate industry, but his professional history gives him the tools he needs to meet and exceed his clients' expectations. His resume includes nearly two decades of small business ownership with a focus on sales and internet marketing in Annuities and other financial/insurance products. His expertise is in financial planning, business management, analytics, market and company analyses, finance and accounting. He is a creative thinker who initiates, structures, and negotiates profitable relationships/contracts with superior problem solving skills. He obtained a BBA in Public Accounting, and held the ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) and the CLU certifications. He started his own company, JDS Financial Solutions, and in his earlier career worked for Northwestern Mutual Life/Baird, Bear Stearns and EF Hutton.

Joe possesses the essential qualities of honesty, integrity and enthusiasm that sets forth an attitude which is comforting and reassuring. His extensive experience in client-based professions enabled him to gain trust and respect; his code of ethics and moral compass has always been paramount, both personally and professionally. A native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn, Joe has been a Monmouth County resident since 1998.
